We believe that shared experiences — whether a day out, a local initiative or community support — strengthen wellbeing, deliver inclusion and build lasting social value. We work in partnership with businesses, charities and community groups to turn goodwill into meaningful, human impact.

Every programme is built with an organisation that already serves this county — a club, a foundation, a grassroots side. They open the doors; we fill them with people who would otherwise never walk through.

Our first and closest club partnership: home to the Tempeo Community Lounge since 2025, and to Cobblers Corner from 2026/27. The club opens its doors, its hospitality and its pitch to the people we bring.

Northamptonshire County Cricket Club
The Tempeo Fanzone was established with the club for the 2026 season — a hub behind the Briggs & Forrester stand where local charities and organisations are invited in for a day of cricket.

The club's own foundation continues to operate in the Fanzone on matchdays, raising funds for their work creating opportunities across the county's cricketing community.
